When we do not understand our emotions and reactions or we let our emotions get the better of us, this can cause distress in our lives. In counseling you can learn to understand why you might be experiencing these emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and learn skills to live the life you want to live.
Couples Counseling
Falling in love and building a new relationship is exciting. Creating and maintaining a relationship that can withstand a life of ups and downs takes work. My couples counseling sessions help patients develop positive, collaborative attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances.
Family Counseling
Family is an ever-evolving relationship, always with us through our lives. In my counseling sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
Internet-Based Counseling
Internet based options are available for individual, family, and couples counseling upon request.
Prices of services start at a fixed price as indicated below. Prices can be adjusted based on need according to a sliding scale.

Notes on Reimbursement by individual Health Insurance Providers
Cranbury Counseling charges for services at the time of service provision. We will not work directly with any health insurance providers for reimbursement. However, a detailed invoice will be provided so that clients can seek reimbursement for paid services.
VAT is included on services with Cranbury Counseling, client's on SOFA status are welcome to provide VAT forms for waiver of VAT fee.
Health insurance providers known to reimburse for Cranbury Counseling services include Aetna AFSPE, Foreign Service Benefit Plan, and United Healthcare Global .
If you have Tricare, you may receive reimbursement when a hardship waiver is obtained. German Public Insurance does not reimburse.
